The Royal Enfield SG 650 recently received homologation in India and is anticipated to be showcased in its production form at the upcoming EICMA show. It is based on the SG650 concept revealed two years ago at the same event. The Shotgun 650 shares similarities with the Super Meteor 650 and will be positioned below it. It will borrow the proven 648 cc parallel-twin engine from its 650 cc siblings. The launch is near according to the reports.

However, the chassis will undergo slight modifications along with the introduction of a taller handlebar, whitewall tires both front and rear and forward-set footpegs.

4. Royal Enfield Himalayan 452

The upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is set to make its India debut next month after its global premiere on November 7, 2023. It will be priced at approximately Rs. 2.7-2.8 lakh (ex-showroom). The RE Himalayan 452 adventure bike will offer a 452 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces nearly 40 bhp. The bike will also offer several features such as USD front forks, mono-shock rear suspension, all-LED lighting, and a dual-channel ABS. Notable highlights are its circular TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, switchable ABS, ride modes, and a ton more. It will compete with bikes like the KTM 390 Adventure X, BMW G310 GS, and Triumph Scrambler 400X.
