The 2024 Tata Curvv showcases radical styling and a modern upmarket design. Its front end features sleek LED DRLs above split LED headlamps integrated into the bumpers. At the rear, you’ll notice a sloping coupe-like roofline with sharply angled rear glass, a split spoiler setup, and an LED bar-like taillight. The Tata logo at the back includes a set of thick LED light bars and the design on the bumpers mirrors the front with a triangular layout. Large dual-tone alloy wheels and a blacked-out roof complete the striking exterior. While the concept features cameras acting as rear-view mirrors, the production model will use regular ORVMs to manage costs.

2. Interior

The Coupe SUV’s interior design is also minimal and premium typical of concept designs. However, the production model will see some adjustments while maintaining the overall design language. The Curvv will offer features like a panoramic sunroof, a two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with an illuminated logo at the centre, dual-tone interiors, touch-sensitive HVAC controls, a large floating touchscreen infotainment unit, and a fully digital instrument cluster. More features include a rotary dial on the centre console for transmission or drive modes, especially if an all-wheel-drive AWD variant is available.

3. Powertrain and Specifications

The Tata Curvv EV will be based on the Gen2 platform and will feature a large battery pack. Although specific details remain undisclosed, it will use the Ziptron powertrain and the platform can accommodate motors on both axles which hints at a potential AWD version. The range for the base variants is estimated to be around 400 km while the top-tier long-range models may achieve a remarkable range of 500-550 km.

4. Price

5. Release Date

The eagerly awaited Tata Curvv EV is set to make its debut before June 2024. Its launch promises to bring a breath of fresh air to India’s electric vehicle market.
